Academic Award Ceremony 2009
The day that smallmouth has been waiting for ... Academic Award Ceremony 2009
in case you missed out my old post
smallmouth has got into the top 10% in his Diploma and cohort
and is invited to Academic Award Ceremony to collect his cert on stage and has his photo taken
smallmouth is kinda looking forward for this day to come because he has invited his proud parents to witness this event
but ... sadly, something happened ...
from what I heard from Dad, my Mum has been feeling unwell and has been vomiting continuously throughout the night and Dad has been looking after her without sleeping
so they are both not in the condition to come for the Ceremony
just hope that she get well soon
I'm rather sad that they are unable to attend but stuff happens ...
at least they are really happy and proud that I got an Award
my parent never have any high expectation for me, as long as I did my best, they are satisfied but Dad once told me " You must have discipline, your studies is for yourself and your future and not for others"
what he said makes me realize what I should do, and made me soar higher
and so smallmouth left home for breakfast with bro then headed for RP alone
the Ceremony was kinda boring like the rehearsal I attend
beside me were my Diploma seniors who I do not really know
so I kept quiet throughout, after the ceremony, there are refreshments outside
so went to ate some lunch =)
Oak choose Dragonite and flew back to Pallet Town as soon as the ceremony ends
got a chance to meet Chui's family, his father is damn friendly haha
kept talking with me, thx to him I do not feel lonely anymore
