Cypher Retreat !
Haven't been updating my blog haha, I know im lazy but school was tiring and I had to go gym after school !!!
.
Im not complaining but just that I do not have the energy to blog, but here I am =)
1st week of school was kinda great, I had nice faci-s for almost all of the day, enthu team mates, okok classmates and able to do all the problem statement.
.
School life was tiring but fortunately I have people like Angie, Ugine to meet up with, have breakfast and go to school with ! So I was always looking forward for the next day to meet up and go to school with them =)
.
After the one week tiring school days, luckily Cypher organize a gathering yesterday called Cypher Retreat and it was held at Sentosa !!!

CYPHER RETREAT 25th April
Initially wanted to meet up my campers from Cypher camp but most of them couldn't make it, and my only camper who is able to make it went to meet up with her friends.
Train-d alone to Harbour Front to meet up with Charis and other familiar faces from Cypher camp like Bryan, Din, Kelvin ... had breakfast with them and return back to the station to wait for the other late comers.
.
Met up was at 930 but went to Sentosa like near 1pm. There were quite a number of people who went for this gathering and I met some new friends there.
.
We had activities like rugby, beach soccer, card games, volley ball and forfeit. I had enjoyed myself there .
.
There were also a group of girls like Berlin, Serene, Cecilia ... who throughout the day kept saying " EH ! you cut your hair ? we think alike ! Hi-5 ! do you all feel me?" something like that. I think everyone hear until sian already haha but they were funny.
.
After we had bath finish, we went to Vivo to have our dinner, Syl, Esther, Charis and I did not join the rest because we are heading to Pizza Hut ! Have some chit-chat with them and train-d back home with them.
.
The sun there was scorching at Sentosa, instead of Sun-Tan-ing, I was Sun-BURNing throughout the day. Now my body hurts but luckily mummy applied many stuff on my body to minimize my pain.

yet another RJ...
Just finished my RJ for today's lesson and now another RJ for blogspot haha. Does that means I am going to write 2 RJs while schooling!!!!
well i don't think i'll blog often either hahas...

today was her first time being so early to reach RP, even earlier then ME !
well she had to show her friends their classes as they are new in RP and have some other stuff, so Ugine and me went to meet her after that in school.

After breakfast, i send Angie and Ugine to their block and went to W6 to meet up with syl and gang. Went into class and the class quite quiet. I and syl was like the only one shouting over the class to talk to each other at first, but later on some of our classmate's true colours were revealed and became more noisy hahas.
My team was quite good =)
I have Ivan, Krystal, Victor,Clara in my team.
Today's problem was about Turtle can write =_=
We must give command to the stupid turtle so that he can draw out with some words.
Faci was alright and we ended class quite early ! YEAHNESS !

Couldn't meet Angie and gang to go home cox need to go for gym, SORRY GUYS !

I also saw 2 of my campers, Irfan and Daniel from cypher camp, well actually i expected them to come since they told me they are coming, training well guys, try to support each other.

I have lose weights and now my weight is around 94.1, last time i used to weight around 97-99kg.
YES THAT'S RIGHT KEITH ! If you are saw this, don't forget our 90kg bet on ramen ! just 4.1kg to go ! =D
today training was tiring but effective ... i like^^

Freshmen Orientation Programme
Firstly, sorry for not updating recently as you can see from my post title, I was away to help out for F.O.P.
Initially do not want to go for FOP because my CE point was almost complete but my campers from cypher camp wanted me there and i also couldn't bare to leave like tat from Sylvester and gang, so tats was the reason why I ended up at FOP and I did not regret one bit ^^
Adding F.O.P. to Cypher Camp, I have been in RP for almost a week but to be exact 6 days in RP!!!
Been to RP for 3 days for FOP, had little sleep because need to report to school early, lucky my pimples and decreasing rather then piling up =)

Day 1 (15 April)
Met up with Sylvester,Esther, Victoria, Charis at woodlands MRT. went to Mac to buy breakfast and took bus to RP. We were suppose to reach RP by 8.30 but ended up reaching at 9 plus. I was assign to team 3( Cannot Tell ) with Haris who gotta go work later on and I was left to take care of the team alone.
Was happy to see almost all of my campers from cypher camp to come for the orientation.
My school (SIT) has the highest intake this year again about 1092 students, our home base (the badminton hall) was about to be full and many students keep coming in and we have about 30 plus team with 25 students. It was damn hot thx to the OSG people assigning us to this hell place while other school gets air-conditioned places.
Without ice breaker, my team sets out to play the Principal's cup game, the team were abit quiet and not co-operative at the beginning but after some games, i could see their bond are strengthening especially when playing the wet captain's ball here water balloons are used rather then netball.

After the games, brought my team to have lunch. THX to the OSG people again, rather then assigning SIT to the nearest kou fu canteen, we were assigned to E1 to have our meals and sports hall was like so far away from E1 canteen!
After everyone had finished their lunch, I brought them back to home base to have a little ice breaker games, at least i know what are my team members name =)
In my team, i have Rosan, Belinda, Soonxia, Asura, Krystal, Taktak, Fairy, Hongquan, Rigis, SunGuitar, Pengxiang, Yaojiang, Kelub, Junhao, Anthony, Wilson, Jacob, Suresh, JoJo, Khair, Arvin, Darren.
We got 22 people, its like a class and I know i did not spell the name correctly but at least I still remember their name ! what a SL am I LOL !
The game ended at 4 and after collecting the RP shirt for my team, and then the freshmen are sent home.
After FOP, me and the gang brought some ice cream with the left over coupon from FOP and went to somewhere cooling to chill and talk before heading home.

Day 2 (16 April)
Met with the gang again and i brought breadtalk for breakfast, bus-d down again and again we were late. I went back to my team again but this time i only have 17 members =(
well, at least i have 2 new SL, yu man nd haziq(who needs to leave at 12) to help me manage the team.
Brought the team to continue the Principal's cup challenge for a few hours, im impressed by their performance although we have so few members and we score quite a lot of points before lunch and then returning back to home base to group them into their individual diploma courses.
Sylvester and me went to our Interactive & Digital Media (DIDM) group, we were sent to our building where most of the media equipment were. It was insightful for Sylvester and me especially the Mac PC haha!
Brought the DIDMs back to home based and soon the Tug of war begins. Our school won 1 but lost 2 games but i know they had put in their effort. Baky and I was choosen among all SL to team up with other SL from different school to compete with the school management team, we tried our best but did not win because they have 3 big Ah Mo-s in the team!

After that the year 1s were grouped into 3 groups, the mascot team, war cry team and Domino Ripple team. I was in the war cry team to teach the RP war cry for the next day event where all school compete with each other. During War cry ... one of the year 1 student, Eddie said to me that I was the best SL. I shy seh he like that tell me, whether its true or not, im still happy about it hahas, this is what all SL want to hear isn't it=)

After FOP, me, Sylvester, Esther, Victoria and Charis went to E1 canteen to have dinner and dessert with the left over coupon from FOP.
We then went to CWP to watch "17 again" while Charis headed home because she is tired. it was damn funny and we laughed all the way till the the movie end, it was that damn good !

Day 3 (17 April)
Had to wake up early because im going to be the facilitator for the 1st time for the year 1 students ! Was Facilitating in W35C with shi jie's friend, Christin and cherry who left awhile later. Had icebreaker games, quiz and some presentation about RP with W35C, Sylvester and gang joined in later because they do not have class to facilitate. After class, we went out to wait for Elain to finish her class, we spotted someone next to my class, KIM from the 1st campus superstar and we got into the class to "disturb" her, lol so bad. We initially wanted to take pic with her but she left quickly hahas.
Went back to home base to teach the whole of SIT the war cry before bringing my team for lunch breaks.

This time, my team were quite noisy haha, while i was eating, most of them keep asking me questions compare to the past two days, almost could not finish my meal on time hahas. I dun blame them but in fact im glad they were serious about asking questions and took my advice.
After break, we went back to home base to do the Domino Ripple where everyone has to carry a booklet and make a pattern, everyone were tired, thirty and soaking with sweats while doing it. Sorry guys, have to make you all suffer.
After that, me and the gang went down with a facilitator to get drinks for the SL but in the end we ended up eating finger food with the left over coupon while the facilitator bring the whole drinks to home base, he have the trolley anyway haha.
Afterward, we went to the RP lawn where the Domino Ripple is held, during our school turn, i was pulled in to carry a 75kg Kelvin on my shoulder with the help from other SL, i swear my back bone was gonna break anytime when he start shaking around to lead and give command for the domino ripple.
After that we guide the war cry people to one corner to have a small rehearse and when it was our turn to perform.

Everyone were screaming their lungs out when doing the cheers but the MC stopped us because of time constrain. We did not have the mass dance we practise so hard fr because ipod could not be used but a CD is needed. Almost all SL were very emo but seeing the students enjoying themselves put a smile on my face =)
Im really happy when one of my camper, SiaoTong said she had fun and said we did a good job even though we came in last.
Had party and dinner afterwards, me and gang did not join in the jam and hop and went to some where to chill and talk. Almost all of us were passionate to become Committee for Cypher so after we have collected our belonging from home base, we went to cypher club room to talk to the president of Cypher to see how we could join the committee.
After that, we walked back to woodlands MRT, Esther got hit by a some metal object on a "golf car"(i dunno the name but u will see it in big golf court). Thought she was about to cry but she ended up joking and saying lucky she got fats if not she will die. The impact was loud and i felt sad to see her in pain, hope she is ok. The rider also damn stupid, the path got people walking but they still drive so fast, stupid people.
Headed home to bath and slp straight away, was totally knocked out haha.

I realise i had bruises here and there when i was bathing, i think the year 1s been hitting and punching me all along throughout the camp lol. Poor me !!!

Anyway through this camp and orientation I had fun and met new friends along the way so for the last time...

I'M SO BACK FROM CYPHER CAMP

What more can i say ? I can't lie that I have had fun during the camp and not to forget meeting new friends =D

Enough of the bulls yeah ! I'll blog through briefly bout my 3d2n stay in Cypher camp...

Day 1 (2nd Dry Run)
Lorry-d down to RP at around 12p.m. and waited for more Student Leaders(SL) to arrive.Went to place our barang barang at Agora Hall 2 and also helped to transport boxes of water bottles for the SL and campers to drink.
Met up my previous gang which consist of Slyvester, Ester, Eleen, Charis, Shi Jie, and one more big sister ( i forgot her name =p but we call her da jie ) from the 1st Dry Run and we station our self tgt at one side of the hall.
The SL then gathered tgt to think of our SL cheers and also to rehearse for the mass dance again for F.O.P.
Afterward, we had like 5 hours free and easy period to bath and have our dinner. I DIDN'T KNOW THEY ARE NOT SUPPLYING DINNER !!!
Luckily i brought some cash, the gang decided to go Dhoby Ghaut to have dinner !!! I'm ok with it since we have such long breaks.
We headed to JustAcia for our dinner, they have free flow drinks and ice creams =) Yummy !
After dinner, we then headed back to RP to bath.
Slyvester brought his laptop and we watched Army Daze, it was damn funny ! ha ha !
Soon it was lights out and we slept till the next day.

Day 2 (1st day of camp )
After breakfast, we went to change into our Cypher SL shirt and meet up with the freshmens. I was in team 14(Wazzup!) and paired up with Akina who is my SL for leadership camp(Team Curry Nania) last year.
My group have 7 campers (Gavin, Siao Tong, Daniel, Irfan, Nadzirah, Sharinah, Ana ), we merged with team 15 for some ice breaker game (name and food they like to eat ), it was fun and funny !
After bringing my campers to put down their barang barang, we gathered into our team and were asked to design our flag on a "reused" camp shirt which is also our life shirt. Siao Tong was the designer inspired by Akina.
After that we were off to play our 1st mind games with Team 13(Virgins), out of 5 games, we won 4, Good job Team =)
Next, we had to teach mass dance to the campers for the F.O.P. and i guess everyone had fun.

Next, all of us have to go through the camp fire songs and cheer because we are having campfire later on at night and have our 2nd mind games straight after that.
After that, the campers are sent to bath and have dinner before the camp fire starts. Two of my camper(nadzirah and enna) went home because they have something on the next day. Camp fire was fun for me because most of the SL were very high but i think most of the campers did not enjoyed themselves because many things are cramped tgt and were tired from all the running and dancing.
we had some free time before lights off so some team gathered to play games and stuff.
The SL has some briefing and feedback session before heading to sleep for the next day event.

Day 3( Last day)
Woke up early for briefing and then lead my team for morning exercises and then have their breakfast.
After that the fun begins ! We have Water games call the cypher showdown where one camper have to wear a piece of newspaper and the other campers have to protect the newspaper from getting wet.
My team merged with team 9(black rose i think ...) because we were out numbered and formed team 9 (Mergers) along side with SL John and Fin.
Im sure everyone had fun splashing water at each other and throwing water bombs =)
After that we have the classic tug-of-war competition, it was fun and i had new tan which looks ugly =(
After that, the campers were asked to wash up and eat their lunch. We then went to plan for our team cheer for award ceremony.
My team won the "Most Hardworking Award" and im proud of my team =D
after some closing speech and cheers, the campers were release, had some chit chat and concerns with my campers, I had decided to go for F.O.P. because my campers seems to want me there haha oh well, i guess I'll see them there then. Wave good bye to them and when out of the hall for the final debrief and feed backs.
After the debrief, something funny happened, Tomy was found meditating and everyone were taking pictures and laughing at him hahas, we failed to take a group pic because "oh we were sad, when tomy woke up" haha

Went to collect the bandanna & shirts for F.O.P. and head off home in taxi with Eleen and Shi Jie.
hmm ... so that's about it !

In the mean time, went to buy lunch for Daddy and played with puipui while waiting for Geshy to get ready...
Meet Geshy at woodlands interchange and bus-d down to tampinese to meet Ynez 1st, called Angie on the way to wake her up.
Reached Tampinese new mall and walked around for awhile, it was damned crowded so the few of us decided to head to the old Tampinese mall.
We went into the pet shop 1st and this is what caught my eyes =)

We also went to Sam's Pet and aquarium near the hawker centre for the next pets-seeingall of them have their own unique cute character =))

hope i could bring it home but i think im asking too much heh!While waiting for Angie to arrive, we went to chill-d at 32 degree farenheit ( dessert stall )
my order came 1st and Ynez asked if it's nice, i tried and giv her a O.O expression, its shiok =)
Geshy then say if it is nice he will buy it so i let him try some and what he say was
"... it's f***ing nice la !"
Ynez and I was laughing very loudly and the people in the stall were looking at us haha, but Geshy never order lor ...
Finally, Angie arrived and after some visiting to certain shops, we arrived at East Coast Park !
this is my version of the moon taking contest between us, i name it "the meteor" ...wateva !!!
The white terrier me and Angie were laying our eyes on ... it keeps walking around in circles haha!
Couldn't skate because most of the shops are closing and the only few option was to skate for 45min or renting it overnight ... nahhh !
We then decided to play bowling but it turn out to be arcade fever when Angie our Arcade Queen is around.

While we were having our dinner, we so his Baboon cum dog outside Mac, being a good friend, i went to the next table behind me to take a good look .
When I return to report what i have seen ... poof !!! my double cheese burger ... it became kokocrunch ! i mean it disappear and they were acting like nth happen, pls girls you are not even close to getting Oscar's awards =X
So i acted very sad and angry, and Angie finally surrendered my burger, it was in her filet-o-fish package.
We chatted till very late and I then bus-d home with Angie, had a nice chit chat with her before she alights.

Build-a-Hamster-House Workshop

Woke up early today and lorry-d down to Chong Pang with Daddy & Mummy. After we had our breakfast, Mummy went to buy flowers and stuff for offerings, Uncle Chong(Driver) waited for us by the lorry, while me and Daddy went buy the cage and stuff for the "soon-to-be" my hamster.
It is always good to go out with your parents, well for me it is, because they pay for all the stuff sometimes and you need not need to lay a finger on your wallet but on the stuff you wanna buy =D
For today, Daddy was the victim LOL, luckily Mummy escape to buy the offerings =X
This are all the stuff brought for hamster except for the green bag(Mummy's Slippers)
On the way home by lorry, Daddy and I saw one whole row of car lining up by the road side, and a lot of Indians there. It happens to be that they were celebrating Panguni Uthiram (referring from geshy's mum), where they have to carry a decoration on them by piecing hooks and/or needles through their body and/or face.
Daddy then told me isn't it wield that Panguni Uthiram do not have holiday while other festivals have holidays and breaks. Oh well ... =]
Lets take a look at the hamster house shall we ?

Can you image this cage for only one hamster? Its like living in a bungalow lor got two storey !
Mummy was complaining " Waaa ! a hamster living in a better house then me ?".
Well Daddy insisted to buy such a big cage so that it could run freely ... i have no problem with that since he is the one paying =p
Daddy was helping me to put the saw dust and modification of the cage, was shock that he helped out, he was kinda serious and as if he was the one who wanted to keep the hamster ha ha.

Well for me ... everything must be unique and special, my little gift for my soon-to-be hamster ! A PUNCHING BAG grabbed from my Hamtaro collection (actually its a bag for Hamtaro to transport their food ).
Bro was amaze about the cage after he came back from basketball training and i prank him to find the hamster, he did it ha ha !
